As head of the administrative arm of the city, handle the implementation of city policies & ordinances, delivery of city-funded projects, oversight of city staff & an annual $6.5M O&M budget.
Prioritized efforts to spur affordable housing, including changes to the city’s residential zones and land use designation map, land acquisition for affordable housing, expanding housing rehabilitation programs and services, and creating a planning department within City Hall.

The ten-member community board reviews policy proposals to ensure synergy with the city’s climate, housing, and DEI goals.

Oversaw development of voice & brand identity for non-profit organization focused on modernizing irrigation systems in rural agricultural communities in the Western United States.
